Elisabeth Street in Chelsea is an affluent area of London. The band was one of a number of acts involved in entertaining the large street party crowd.
The Parsons Green Fair is held annually on Parsons Green which is across the road from the British Legion club where the band rehearse.

The 'area' contest is the most important date in the bands contesting diary. All competing brass bands within the London and Southern Counties area play against each other to be awarded points which will affect thier ranking for the following year.
Fulham Brass Band are based close to Kew Gardens and this is a regular gig for the band
The remembrance parade in November is an annual event in which the band support in a march arranged by the British Legion.
