Band management
All brass bands appoint a core group of people to coordinate the band’s activities and make key decisions on the future of the band. This is normally agreed by band vote at the Annual General Meeting.
On a day to day level, most of the players themselves get involved in helping the band to function: transporting and setting up equipment, organising music and band promotion.
Listed below are the appointed roles:-
