Mike and Mike in annual recognition awards

Fulham Brass Band has formally recognised two of it’s members at the annual Christmas awards. Mike Dean was voted ‘Bandsperson of the Year’ whilst Mike Boyd took ‘Most improved player of the Year’.Mike Dean (Euphonium) was the players’ choice to be ‘Bandsperson of the Year’ for his loyality, dedication and musicianship over the last 12 months. Meanwhile, the ‘Most Improved Player’ award went to Mike Boyd for his ongoing development and contribution to the tenor horn section since his move from cornet in the summer. The awards were presented at the annual band dinner.
