Fulham Brass Band welcomes new Musical Director

We are delighted to announce that Simon Jones has accepted the position of Musical Director for Fulham Brass Band.

Simon Simon comes from a small town in the northwest that has a strong brass band heritage. He started to learn tenor horn at the age of 13 with his local town band and went on to study a band musicianship degree at Salford University – graduating in 1999.

Since moving to London in 2004, Simon has maintained a demanding conducting schedule: being Musical Director of Enfield Brass, Royston Town and Stonesfield Silver Bands.

As a player, Simon is currently playing with Essex based Redbridge Brass Band who are the leading championship band in the area.
